Day 2 Dinner: Paleo Spaghetti

For the sauce I used, 3 large cloves of garlic, 1/2 onion, box of mushrooms, 1 lb 90% lean ground beef, 1 large tomato, and red pepper tomato sauce.  I had a jar in the kitchen otherwise I would have used regular tomato sauce.

For the spaghetti, I cut 1/2 a spaghetti squash and steamed it for 30 minutes.  I used a fork to pull out the squash strands.  They really do look very similar to spaghetti.

The spaghetti squash had a crunchy consistency that I wasn’t quite used to, but I’m sure after a few gos it won’t feel so new.
