Day 2 Breakfast: Banana Paleo Pancakes
I used leftover pancake mix from Day 1. Topped pancakes with banana slices before flipping. I should have pressed the bananas in a little more to make the pancakes look prettier, but oh well. I drizzled coconut milk over the pancake mix.
I just got a call from the Tamster. Instead of a morning run, we’ll be doing bikram yoga. Hope my breakfast stays down. I usually avoid eating 4 hours before bikram yoga, probably one of the reasons I haven’t gone in a year or two.
