40 Day Paleo Challenge
At Dogtown Crossfit, we’ll be doing the 40 day Paleo challenge starting today July 6, 2010. I thought it would be fun to document my 40 days on the blog just to keep record of what I’ve been eating for my meals as well as give some my friends an idea of what Paleo meals look like. Veggies, Fruit, Meat, Nuts, and Seeds. Yes, it’s that simple, but Paleo meals aren’t necessarily limited just because they consist of only these 5 elements.
