I went to my first class with Tam today. I wasn’t sure what to expect. All I could say was, “Tam, I’m not graceful.” I enjoyed the class. Definitely not what I’m used to, especially not after the grueling Filthy 50 crossfit workout I did the night before, but it was enough for me to sign-up. I don’t remember the last time I did isolated muscle contractions. My legs were shaking. Shaking is good; It means you are challenging your muscles, or so the instructor said. I also took note that the instructor was well-poised and just to be frank very sexy. I guess my regular workout gear isn’t cutting it, and I need to invest in some pluging v-necks.
